Weston CT Memorial Day 5K Road Race

Please join the volunteer effort to celebrate Weston’s coming out of COVID-19 with the biggest race ever for 2022.  We invite all members of the community, including past race committee members, to join in.  Super Race Systems’ professionals, our event production partner, will also be working with us.  A follow-up email from race organizers will ask your interests and suggestions.  

Duties span a broad range of volunteer tasks, including race day coordinators and committee chairs for registration, sponsor fundraising, race staffing and water stops, Kid’s Fun Run, awards ceremony, race swag, logistics and town safety requirements, sweep car drivers, race markers, signage and flyers, sponsor banners, publicity and social media, and more.  

We need volunteers and committee coordinators for sponsorships, publicity, Kids’ Race, town logistics and race day volunteers, and registrations.
